Fasting involves restricting your dietary intake to a liquid. The liquid may be water, tea, or fruit juice. Proponents of fasting recommend occasional regular short fasts, lasting two to five days, as part of a general health-maintenance regimen. Advocates recommend that longer fasts for health maintenance or the healing of illness, lasting a month or more, be conducted under medical supervision.
Fruits and their health benefits. It is medically advisable for everyone to take as much friuts as possible for our healthy living, anti-aging and sharpened imunity. Below are some important fruits and their health benefits.
One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young woman opened the door. Instead of a meal he asked for a drink of water. She thought he looked hungry so brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you?"

Vision is the plan, or purpose of God for a man revealed. Jer 29.11, Isa.43:13. It is the picture, video clip of man's life unfolded. When vision is released, purpose is unfolded. One of the ways God talk to His people is through vision. Num.12:6-7. God is only your shepherd when you follow His plan for you, but when you operate out of God's range you are on your own and His presence cannot go with you Exo 33:14-17, Gen3:1-24, Jonah1:1-17, LK 15:11-32.
Everyone has what it takes to get to the coveted goal. No matter our background, environment or financial status, we all own what it takes to get there, all we need do is to ‘deeply' look inward and draw out the ‘latent' resources residing in us.
Let us take a thrifty look at the emphasized substance above, to deeply look inward and to draw out our latent resources.

Somewhere in the deep blue ocean, offshore the Niger Delta area of
Nigeria where oil drilling activity was going on, I noticed nature's
lesson depicting cooperation as an important ingredient for success.
It
started with the cacophony of dozens of seabirds swarming over a
portion of an otherwise calm and quiet ocean suggesting that something
was likely happening below the surface. As if to confirm my thought,
suddenly bubbles appeared, gradually forming continuous set of
colourless rings. I was still trying to discern what was it in the
water bubbles that excited dozens of seabirds when moments later two
massive dark whales appeared in the middle of the clear water rings
from the ocean depth with their mouths open. At surface, they closed
their massive jaws, sprouted and dived to repeat the performance.
A new year is a time for new beginnings no matter how arbitrary our human measures can be. Our biggest obstacle is not the beginning at all. Instead we vacillate, we procrastinate, we fail to take the first step out onto our chosen path. We let fear, timidity, self criticism, and our family and friends' opinion stop us before the real adventure has begun.
No shame here friends, we all do it... but to recognize our self imposed barriers is the first milestone toward self fulfillment. To squint up the eyes, adjust the ears, roll the eyes, clamp down hard on the teeth, and grimacing against the effort we lift one foot and put it ahead of the other. Then next step is some how easier and closer.
